The Award of Excellence is based not only on sales and customer satisfaction rankings, but also recognizes dealerships that enhance the Infiniti brand by consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience while setting a high standard of performance.

North America Circle of Excellence Award for 2012

• The North America Circle of Excellence Award is awarded to the Infiniti dealerships that not only qualify for the Award of Excellence, but also are in the top 35 dealerships in Infiniti new vehicle sales. The Circle of Excellence is the highest award presented annually by Infiniti USA, and recognizes exceptional customer service and sales. This year, only twenty retailers across the nation received this award.
